This page will introduce you to the LifeVest patient app and explain how to set up your secure account.
What is the LifeVest patient app?
Information about the ZOLL® LifeVest® wearable cardioverter defibrillator is now at your fingertips. This optional companion app can help patients learn about living with LifeVest, including how LifeVest works and how to assemble and care for the device. Patients can also find answers to common questions, view instructional videos, and create a secure account to see their own Wear Time™ usage and Activity trends over time.
Only active/current LifeVest patients can create a secure account using the following information:
The above information will be used to validate a user’s identity as a LifeVest patient and grant them access to their Wear Time and Activity data.
If a patient would like to change/update the phone number associated with their account, updates/changes must be made with LifeVest Technical Support at 1-800-543-3267.
NOTE: This information will be used to validate your identity as a LifeVest patient. Please use the same phone number as you provided on the Patient Agreement. If you need to update or change the phone number, please contact LifeVest Technical Support at 1-800-543-3267.
Once your secure account has been created, you can log in at any time to view your Wear Time™ and Activity data using the “Measure” tab.
NOTE: Data will only be visible in the app after it has been uploaded to ZOLL. Please note, no real-time monitoring of this data is occurring.
To log out from an account, select “Logout” from the “Account” tab. To change an account password, you should select “Change Password” from the “Account” tab.
You can also delete your secure account at any time by selecting “Delete Account” from the “Account” tab.
